As this is an electronic toy, occasional initial defects may occur.
Each unit is individually inspected and tested before shipment or pickup to ensure it is functioning properly.
Please inspect and test the product upon receipt. Any initial defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
After the 48-hour period, any malfunction or repair request—regardless of the reason—will be treated as a service case. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs or exchanges.
For repair requests, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs between the U.S. and Korea.
