Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 3:00 PM (PST) on the day following purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
A 3% discount applies to Venmo and Zelle payments.

Venmo / Zelle Deadline

Payment must be received by 3:00 PM (PST) the day after your order is placed.
Unpaid orders may be canceled without notice.

Shipping

Delivery Time

Most items are order-based.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks (Korea → U.S.).
Made-to-order items may require an additional 2–4 weeks.

Shipping Fees

California: Free shipping on orders over $100 ($6.90 under $100).
Other states: Free shipping on orders over $130 ($9.90 under $130).
No customs duties or additional international fees.

Pickup

Local pickup is available in Fullerton, CA 92832.
Please select “Pickup” at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
